No. These values are eccentric offsets. The corresponding +4 mm / +6 mm values are theoretical stroke increments for the specified offset designs, not final total stroke or measured results guaranteed for every engine. Final stroke, offset orientation, clearances and the complete assembly must be verified for the actual build.
